Wellness
Supporting your well-being throughout your Fisher experience
At Fisher, wellness is an important part of the undergraduate experience, helping students develop habits, resources and connections that support their well-being while navigating the demands of college and preparing for what comes next.
Through programs, events and resources throughout the academic year, students can find opportunities to recharge, manage stress, build practical life skills, connect with others and prioritize their physical, mental and emotional well-being.
Wellness to the Max
Wellness to the Max brings together Fisher’s undergraduate wellness programming under one shared initiative. Led by the Student Experience and Engagement Team, it includes activities and resources designed to make wellness approachable, relevant and accessible throughout the student experience.
Programming may include opportunities focused on:
- Mental and emotional well-being: resources and activities that support stress management, reflection and overall well-being.
- Physical wellness: opportunities to move, recharge and develop healthy habits.
- Life skills and independence: practical workshops that help students prepare for life during and after college.
- Safety and prevention: timely information and resources that help students make informed decisions and stay safe.
- Connection and community: informal opportunities to take a break, connect with peers and step away from the demands of the semester.
Offerings vary throughout the year and are designed around the needs and rhythms of the student experience.
Wellness support at Fisher
Wellness also means making support easier to access when students need it. Fisher connects undergraduate students with wellness resources and services, including opportunities to receive support directly within the Fisher community.
