- Planning and tracking projects where the team is working with AI, including the shift in review and quality work
- Portfolio decisions on AI: evaluating, prioritizing, sequencing, and stopping AI initiatives
- Telling a fundable AI initiative from a pilot that will stall
- Governance and risk at the project and portfolio gate: bringing AI risk, model, and compliance considerations into your existing gates
- Using AI to run the project function: planning, status, risk detection, reporting, and portfolio analytics, and where it helps versus where it is noise
- Translating between business sponsors and technical teams on AI work, and setting realistic expectations
- Measuring the value and ROI of AI initiatives across a portfolio
