Student and Professional Development

The Center for Real Estate is dedicated to advancing the workforce at both the student and professional levels. Our talent development efforts are focused in two primary areas.

First, we support student development through the Center for Real Estate – Real Estate Finance Academy, powered by Wall Street Prep. This highly selective, semester-long program brings together 30 students from diverse academic backgrounds who share a professional interest in the built environment. The Academy equips participants with rigorous financial modeling and analytical skills aligned with careers in real estate investment, development, and related sectors.

Second, we advance workforce development through real estate-focused executive education. The Center for Real Estate Executive Education platform delivers dynamic programs designed for executives and career professionals seeking deeper expertise in areas such as Real Estate Development, Real Estate Finance, and property-related technological innovation (PropTech). These programs are structured to strengthen leadership capability and technical proficiency across the industry.
