Program Requirements
Once selected to join Fisher Futures, you will participate in a weekly class and receive individual coaching to prepare you for the summer analyst internship search. Over the last few years, 85-100% of past Fisher Futures students secured a summer analyst role in a bulge bracket, middle market, or boutique investment bank along with a few securing offers in highly esteemed private equity firms. This is the first step toward being well positioned to secure a full-time career position in the investment banking industry upon graduation.
Requirements:
- You must be admitted as a Business Major in Fisher with a Specialization in Finance, Accounting, or Economics by Fall 2026
- You must have at least a 3.50 cumulative GPA
- You must be available for a summer internship in 2028 (May - August)
- You must be planning to graduate by May 2029
- Selected students must be available to participate in Fall 2026 second session course (1 credit hour) on Mondays from 6:00 - 7:30pm, as well as Spring 2027 course
If you are accepted into Fisher Futures, you will:
- Recruit for a Summer 2028 internship in the investment banking industry.
- Participate in a Spring 2027 course (1 credit hour) focused on developing job search skills including networking and preparing for summer analyst interviews.
- Complete training in financial modeling with Wall Street Prep.
- Take part in trips to New York City (October 2026) and Chicago (November 2026) to visit investment banks and network with Fisher alumni in the industry.
- Be featured on the Career Management Website, including your resume, bio, and photo.
