Investment Banking Pathway

What is IBP? The Investment Banking Pathway (IBP) is a student-led readiness program, offered by the Office of Career Management, designed to help first-year students explore careers in investment banking. Through interactive workshops and professional development experiences, participants gain insight into industry roles, recruiting processes, internship opportunities, and employer expectations while building critical skills for career success. An optional case competition allows students to apply their learning and strengthen their candidacy for Fisher Futures, the college's highly selective investment banking career development and recruiting program.

Who's it for? The IBP program is open to all second-semester freshmen and first-semester sophomores who want to learn about investment banking - no application required

When is it offered? IBP runs for 15 weeks during the spring semester of students' first year, with the case competition continuing into the first three weeks of the sophomore fall semester.
