Jamie R. Spenthoff graduated from The Ohio State University with a degree in Economics in 2003. He has completed numerous appraisal courses sponsored by the Appraisal Institute and is continuing his education by attending real estate seminars and workshops. His work encompassed appraisals, consulting and feasibility studies. His past real estate valuation experience includes the appraisals of single and multi-family residential properties, land, and other special purpose properties. A former broad client base served included mortgage lenders, attorneys, and property owners.

Jamie started as an apprentice in 1999 and has worked his way towards state licensing and opened his own corporation in 2003, and recently sold the corporation in 2009. Jamie actively pursues purchasing real estate, and currently maintains a portfolio of 12 multi-family units throughout the University/Grandview. Jamie is very active in the community, holding an annual Charity event that supports the Children’s Hunger Alliance and is an active member of the Downtown Athletic Club and its philanthropic events.
