Ronald M. Shkolnik has been helping entrepreneurs achieve their vision for over 35 years. Ron is an experienced corporate leader who is skilled in organizing business and organizations to achieve maximum efficiency. He also has a unique ability to develop human capital which results in a strong internal culture within the companies he works.

Ron began his business career in 1973 as Vice President for Inventory Management, Distribution and Administration for King Automotive a 12 store chain of muffler shops and later an additional 35 store chain of retail automotive parts. He later became Vice president, Business Information Systems for Nationwise Automotive, a regional leader in the retail automotive parts business. During is tenure at Nationwise the company grew from $100,000,000 in sales to over $250,000,000.

In 1984 Ron joined SOS Productions, Inc as President and Chief Operating Officer. Today SOS is one of the regions leading video communications companies. During his time there Ron built the organization and processes that enabled the company to grow from $700,000.00 in sales to over $11,000,000. Since 2004, Ron, as COO has been providing leadership to Plaza Properties a major Central Ohio Development and Property Management Company.

Over the years Ron has assisted a number of companies with growth oriented issues from finance to organizational and system/process development on a consultation basis.

Ron received his BA from the University of Wisconsin and his MBA from The Fisher College of Business at The Ohio State University.

Ron was born and raised in Bexley. Ron lives with his wife, Laurie of 37 years. Ron and Laurie have three children: Loni, who is married (Evan Kraut), and lives and works in New York City; Melanie who is married (Andy Arons) and lives and works in Chicago; and Kevin who is currently working in Washington D.C. He has one grandchild, Hailey Blair Kraut.
