One of the founding principals of The CM&R Group, Cheryl Rose-Mack  specializes in retail real estate strategic planning and its implementation.  The CM&R Group offices  are strategically located in Columbus, Ohio and Los Angeles, Calif.  to provide easy access to key markets while maintaining fully integrated operations throughout North America.

Rose-Mack has  more than two decades of experience, most recently as an Associate Vice President of Real Estate for  Limited Brands, giving her a unique background in strategic planning and tactical execution for one of the nation’s largest multi-branded specialty retail corporations.  During her tenure she was key to the roll out of emerging concepts including Abercrombie & Fitch, Henri Bendel, and CO Bigelow and oversaw the repositioning of real estate for mature brands including Victoria’s Secret , Express, Limited, Lane Bryant, NY&CO and Bath and Body Works.

Previous to Limited Brands, Rose-Mack held the position of Vice President of Retail Leasing  at Forest City Ratner for their shopping center developments in New York City and Philadelphia where her responsibilities included the  development of key relationships with specialty and big box retailers on both a national and regional level.  Prior to New York City, Rose-Mack was Cleveland based at Forest City Enterprises where she leased all new development projects including Tower City Center (Cleveland), Boulevard Mall (Buffalo), Charleston Town Center and Ballston Commons (DC area).

Shortly after graduating from Indiana University  she began her professional real estate career at Forest City Enterprises leasing neighborhood and regional open air centers.  Formerly from Cleveland, Rose-Mack recently relocated to  the German Village area of Columbus, OH with her life partner, two poodles and son (during college breaks).
