Chad Pinnell is a Partner at Skilken-Pinnell HealthCare Real Estate where he is focused on commercial real estate specific to the sale/lease of medical and healthcare related facilities. In this capacity, he has worked with physicians seeking ownership in their own medical office buildings (MOB) and individual investors seeking real estate investment opportunities. Chad’s proven ability to work with regional and national tenants has been pivotal in stabilizing medical projects such as OhioHealth’s Westerville Medical Campus and D1 Sports Training. Additionally, he has coordinated several real estate education seminars at The Ohio State University, College of Dentistry and The Ohio State University, Fisher College of Business, where he earned his MBA.
Previous to his real estate career, Chad worked with Holcim (US) Inc., a multi-billion dollar, worldwide supplier of building materials and construction related services. In Chad’s 18 years with Holcim he served as Market Manager, Financial Analyst, Logistics Manager, and Distribution Manager, giving him a varying degree of experience in construction investment analysis and management.
Chad graduated from Washington University in St. Louis with a B.S. in Managerial Economics, with a concentration in Real Estate and Communications. He was on the Dean’s List and was a member of Alpha Sigma Lambda National Honor Society. Chad is proud to have served as the VP of Operations for The Ohio State University, Fisher College of Business – MBA Real Estate Society and the VP of Strategy for the Fisher College of Business - MBA Entrepreneurs’ Association. He also served as the Communications Chair for The Ann Arbor Economic Club. Chad is a board member of the Mid-Ohio chapter of the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF) where he co-chairs the corporate development initiative. He is also an active volunteer with Junior Achievement at the Dublin School District and the Buckeye Valley School District.
