James Miller brings a solid reputation for delivering value to the position of Executive Vice President. He specializes in the development of build-to-suit leaseback projects. No matter what job he is undertaking, he has a great ability to meet his customer’s needs and develop superior quality projects within the client’s budget.

With more than 20 years of industry experience, he is able to efficiently create industrial and office facilities that meet the location, economic and operational needs of any company. Working with such notable clients as DuPont, AT&T, Goodyear and Whirlpool, James has successfully integrated site analysis, government incentives, design and construction. He is an active member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR), the Greater Columbus Chamber of Commerce and other associations.
