Vice President, Leasing & Development

Becky Keglewitsch, Vice President, Leasing and Development, heads the Leasing Department at Skilken and ensures that the portfolio of more than twenty-five existing shopping centers is fully leased.  In addition, she creates new development projects with various clients throughout the country.  During her more than eight years with Skilken, Becky has negotiated sales contracts and leases with retailers including Kroger, TJ Maxx, Home Depot, Great Clips, Arby's, Hallmark, Bob Evans, Ollie's Bargain Outlet, Volunteers of America, CitiTrends, Coldstone Creamery, Burger King, Taco Bell, KFC, AutoZone, Steak 'n Shake and Fifth Third Bank.  She has worked on new developments in Indiana, Ohio, Michigan and Illinois.

Becky has been in commercial real estate for over thirteen years.  Prior to joining Skilken in 2001, she was Vice President of Real Estate for Quality Stores, a farm store chain, and a Leasing Representative for Consolidated Stores.  She graduated from the University of Missouri in 1992 and received her JD from Case Western Reserve University in 1996.  Following law school, she served as a law clerk to the Honorable Forest Hanna, Missouri Court of Appeals, Western District.  She is licensed to practice law in the state of Ohio and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
