After graduating from Archbishop Moeller High School in Cincinnati, Nick attended and graduated from Washington & Lee University in Lexington, VA. Nick started his career with ProLogis in Denver, an industrial REIT, in their due diligence/acquisitions department. He was transferred to San Francisco, and then Columbus, OH to handle leasing activities for these markets' industrial portfolios.
In 2001, he began an opportunity with Kroger in the Columbus Division, where he was responsible for site selection and the execution of our capital expenditures strategy. Nick was promoted to KMA Real Estate Manager in 2005 for the Delta KMA in Memphis, TN, with responsibility for the development and execution of a real estate capital strategy encompassing 5 states and 111 grocery stores. In 2007, he was promoted to Corporate Real Estate Manager where he’s been working on dispositions of surplus assets, closed stores, and multi-store acquisitions as well as redevelopment of Kroger company-owned assets. While working at Kroger in the Columbus Division, Nick received my MBA from Fisher School of Business' evening MBA Program in 2004.
