Timothy has over 18 years of experience in the commercial real estate sector including the past 13 years in the capital markets. Timothy is a Managing Director for Goldman Sachs & Co. on the Mortgage Trading desk, in New York, where he manages the origination and distribution of loans backed by commercial real estate ("CRE").

Prior to his current role on the trading desk, Timothy was part of the European Financing Group where he lead a team of over 20 professionals engaged in an advisory/debt financing role for large CRE accounts across Western Europe, Eastern Europe and Russia.   Previously, Timothy was in the Fixed Income, Currency and Commodities division, in New York, before transferring to London in 2006. Prior to joining Goldman Sachs, Timothy worked in the Securitized Products Group at Morgan Stanley for seven years. He is a member of the Board of Governors for the Commercial Mortgage Securities Association. Tim earned a BS from Ohio State University in 1990. He and his wife, Jennifer, live in Connecticut.
