Rattan is a  Managing Director at Worthington Industries in the Worthington Integrated Building Systems International division, where he is responsible for expanding the business into emerging markets. He also has a dual responsibility in Corporate Development, where he is actively involved in developing new business opportunities for the company in sectors like renewable energy. Rattan's prior responsibilities at Worthington Industries included positions as Director of Strategic Planning for the Dietrich Industries division and Manager of Strategic Planning in the Corporate Strategy department.

Prior to joining Worthington, Rattan was a Sr. Consultant at Cap Gemini Ernst and Young and had worked in the Engineering departments at Praxair Technology Inc in Buffalo NY and Gharda Chemicals in India.

Rattan holds a M.B.A degree from The Fisher College of Business at The Ohio State University, a Master's degree in Chemical Engineering from The State University of New York at Buffalo and a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology in India.
