Jacob Cannon

Jacob Cannon is an Investment Analyst – Real Estate Investments for Nationwide Insurance.  In this capacity, Jacob is responsible for underwriting and production of commercial mortgage loans for retail, multi-family, industrial and office properties with loan amounts of $2 million to $30 million.  Jacob has helped originate over $100 million of commercial mortgage loans and is currently pursing his CCIM designation.

Prior to Nationwide, Jacob owned and operated multiple The UPS Store franchises and spent five years in supply chain management and account management at Eaton Corporation.  Jacob has an MBA from the Fisher College of Business with an emphasis on Investment Finance and Real Estate.
