Itzhak (Zahi) Ben-David, assistant professor of finance at Ohio State University, the Fisher College of Business. Ben-David holds an MBA and a PhD in Finance from Graduate School of Business (GSB) at the University of Chicago. He received an MSc in Finance from the London Business School, as well as a BSc and an MSc in Industrial Engineering and a BA in Accounting from Tel-Aviv University. His primary research interests include corporate finance, behavioral finance, and real estate markets.

Ben-David was a finalist for the Lehman Brothers Fellowship for Research Excellence in Finance in 2007 and received a BSI Gamma Foundation research grant and an Equipment and Leasing Foundation research grant in 2006. He received a Teaching Assistance Award in 2004–05 from the GSB Executive MBA program in Singapore and Barcelona. Ben-David's research on real-estate was featured in the Freakonomics column in The New-York Times.
