Gretchen Goffe is the Executive Director of the Innovation Initiative and teaches graduate level and executive education courses on innovation.
Ms. Goffe's full biography
Gretchen brings more than 20 years of experience in innovation and top-line value creation as a marketing professional. She has developed new products and sources of topline revenue for corporations and developed brand and growth strategies for numerous Fortune 500 companies. Along the way, she partnered with a smart team of women to create PinkTank, a marketing to women consultancy, sought out for its proprietary insight mining methods, ability to anticipate unmet consumer needs and develop market opportunities.
Prior to joining Fisher, Gretchen was a founding partner for The Well @GSW where she positioned brands for growth with clients such as P&G Futureworks, Abbott Nutrition, Eli Lilly, Wyeth Consumer, Bayer, Bumble Bee, and Kraft.

Karen Wruck is the Associate Dean for Graduate Programs, Dean's Distinguished Professor, and Professor of Finance focusing on financial and organizational economics, specializing in corporate finance, restructuring, financial distress, corporate governance, and management compensation.
Dr. Wruck's full biography
Professor Wruck has published numerous articles in leading academic journals and developed highly successful courses for delivery to MBAs and executives. In addition, her work and opinions have been highlighted in business periodicals. Wruck is an associate editor of the Journal of Financial Economics, Journal of Corporate Finance, Journal of Financial Research and European Financial Management and she serves as an ad hoc referee for many other academic journals.
She has been selected as the outstanding faculty member by students in the core of the full time MBA program and the executive MBA program at Ohio State. She has also received a faculty-selected award for exceptional contribution toward graduate student intellectual and cultural growth at OSU. Wruck serves as an academic director of the Financial Management Association and the Turnaround Management Association. She has served as a consultant to major corporations and has worked on a number of high profile corporate litigation projects as an expert witness.

Michael J. Leiblein is an Associate Professor of Management and Corporate Strategy. Professor Leiblein's research examines the relationship between firm organization and performance in technology-intensive industries.
Dr. Leiblein's full biography
Professor Leiblein’s research is focused in technology-intensive industries and emphasizes the relationship between organizational design, innovation, and firm performance. His research has been published in leading academic outlets such as the Strategic Management Journal, the Journal of Industrial Economics, and the Academy of Management Journal and has been disseminated through American and European outlets such as the Financial Times of London, les Echos, Red Herring, and USA Today. Leiblein is currently on the editorial boards of the Strategic Management Journal and the Journal of Management.
Leiblein teaches courses and seminars on business and technology strategy. He has been selected as the Outstanding Core Professor in the Fisher College’s Working Professional MBA Program by the 2000 and 2002 MBA classes. He has consulted on issues relating to business, corporate, and technology strategy in the U.S. and Europe for a wide range of firms and industry groups.

David B. Greenberger is the Chair of the Department of Management and Human Resources and Associate Professor of Management and Human Resources. His areas of focus include compensation, temporary employees, and leadership.
Dr. Greenberger's full biography
Professor Greenberger has published articles on a number of topics in management and human resources in journals such as the Academy of Management Journal, Journal of Applied Psychology, Academy of Management Executive and Journal of Management Inquiry. Greenberger recently has edited a book, with Robert Heneman, entitled, Human Resource Management in Virtual Organizations. He won the first annual Walter Ulmer Award given by the Center for Creative Leadership for his paper on time and leadership.
Currently, his interests center on identifying and understanding the issues surrounding how product-centric firms grow professional service businesses. In this area, he has organized a series of seminars and courses that have identified and explored the management practices that are being used by product companies in successfully scaling new service businesses.
