Ms. Ramsey joined Limited Brands in 1994 as Vice President of Human Resources for Abercrombie & Fitch. Three years later, she left the business to become Senior Vice President of Human Resources for Coach. Ms. Ramsey rejoined Limited Brands in 1999 as Human Resources Senior Vice President with Intimate Beauty Corporation and then became Senior Vice President Human Resources for all brands and functions in the enterprise. Prior to Limited Brands, Ms. Ramsey held several HR positions of increasing responsibility with Inland Steel Company, Peabody Coal Company, The May Department Stores Company and Lord & Taylor. In addition to her professional accomplishments, Ms. Ramsey has been a past board member on the Community Shelter Board, the FIT Advisory Council and Thurber House. Ms. Ramsey is currently a member of the Board of Trustees for Columbus College of Art and Design. Kathy is responsible for the operation, budgeting and strategic planning of the student recruitment, club, society, reunion, tour and student programs areas. She coordinates the activities of over 200 world-wide alumni clubs, 60 societies and a network of 2,500 volunteer leaders. Kathy has presented workshops to a variety of groups on creativity, humor, networking, and team-building. Kathy recently authored four articles that were published in a professional journal. Kathy has won the Council for the Advancement and Support of Education (CASE) award for her public presentations and the Alumni Forman Fellowship for her work in alumni relations.
