William E. Arthur

Bill Arthur is the former chairman of the law firm Porter, Wright, Morris & Arthur and its Business Law Department. He is now counsel with the firm, and also serves as President of Broad Street Energy Co. He serves on the boards of the Columbus Museum of Art and the Capital Club Executive Committee. Bill served on the OSU Alumni Association Board of Directors and in 2001, Bill was awarded OSU's Distinguished Service Award.

Dr. Gary Dolch

Dr. Gary Dolch is Executive Vice President of Quality and Regulatory Affairs for Cardinal Health. He is responsible for the quality and regulatory function for the company’s worldwide operations, including compliance with regulations and quality programs for operating excellence and customer satisfaction. He joined Cardinal in 2002 from the American Red Cross where he was Senior Vice President of Quality and Regulatory Affairs. Prior to this position he was Vice President of Quality Affairs for BASF’s worldwide pharmaceutical operations under the Knoll name from 1992 to 2000.

Robert (Buzz) Trafford is the Managing Partner of law firm Porter, Wright, Morris & Arthur. He concentrates his practice in the area of complex litigation, including securities, attorney and accountant malpractice, RICO, lender liability, takeovers, trade secrets, officer and director, constitutional law, and other complex business litigation issues. He is listed in The Best Lawyers in America ® in the area of Business Litigation.

Dr. Neeli M. Bendapudi, Director of IMS

Neeli Bendapudi received her Ph.D. from the University of Kansas and is an associate professor of Marketing at the Fisher College. She has received numerous awards for her teaching and has taught the MBA core Marketing class, the MBA Service Marketing elective, as well as Marketing for the Executive MBA classes. She specializes in the study of consumer behavior in services. She has been published widely in academic journals, serves on several editorial boards and is an elected member of the AMA's Academic Council Executive Committee.

Dr. David B. Greenberger, Faculty Fellow of IMS

David Greenberger is chair of and associate professor within the Department of Management and Human Resources at the Fisher College. He holds a B.A. from The Johns Hopkins University, and both an M.S. and Ph.D. in social psychology from the University of Wisconsin. His research focuses on management issues of growing professional service organizations, impact of technology on alliances and virtual organizations, the role of temporary workers in organizations, time and leadership, and satisfaction. He is extensively published in leading academic journals and has earned numerous awards including the Pace Setters Service Award, Walter A. Ulmer Award and best Management and Human Resource doctoral professor award.
