Kathy Ricord is Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer for Nationwide . She was elected to that position in July 2003. Nationwide is a Fortune 500 insurance and financial services organization based in Columbus, Ohio with more than $148 billion in assets.
Ricord has been with the company since 1986 and has held various marketing positions throughout Nationwide Insurance and Nationwide Financial.
She most recently served as the Nationwide Insurance Senior Vice President for Marketing and Strategy and was responsible for generating and maintaining market support for all of Nationwide's property and casualty operations, in addition to managing Nationwide's 45 Urban Sales and Service Centers. Prior to that, she served as an Assistant to Nationwide's CEO, Dimon McFerson.
Ricord is a graduate of Denison University and earned a master's degree in city and regional planning and business administration from The Ohio State University.
