James E. Kunk is President of the Central Region for Huntington National Bank. Since 1981, when Kunk joined Huntington, he has held positions including Executive Vice President of Commercial and Retail Banking; Senior Vice President and Manager of Private Banking; Vice President of Capital Markets Group; and Vice President of the National Banking Division.
Prior to joining Huntington, Kunk was an Account Executive with the InsuranceOhio Company, a subsidiary of The Ohio Company. He also spent six years as an Account Executive with Alexander & Alexander Inc., a worldwide insurance brokerage. Kunk is a graduate of The Ohio State University and The Graduate School of Banking at The University of Wisconsin.
