| Biography |
Kurtis is an experienced management consultant, having spent time with Deloitte Consulting's strategy & operations practice, where specialized in merger & acquisition integrations. He has worked on a number of high-profile mergers including Avaya/Nortel, Bank of New York/Mellon, Fiat/Chrysler, and a multitude of others. In addition to his professional background, Kurtis possesses both a JD and MBA from Ohio State and was a student leader in the Fisher Professional Services group during his graduate studies.

| Biography |
Tony Rucci joined the faculty at the Fisher College of Business at Ohio State University in 2006 following a 25 year career as an executive officer with three Fortune 100 companies: Baxter International, Sears Roebuck and Co., and Cardinal Health. He has held a broad range of senior officer responsibilities, including extensive board of directors and governance experience, merger and acquisition responsibilities, large scale organizational transformation efforts, as well as international responsibilities. His roles have included global responsibility for: corporate strategy and business development, legal, human resources, investor relations, information technology, quality and regulatory affairs, media relations and communications, government affairs, corporate branding, procurement and sourcing, ethics, security, real estate, aviation and crisis management.
Academically, Rucci has been Dean of the College of Business at the University of Illinois, Chicago and a tenured professor. He has taught at several universities, including Ohio State University, Bowling Green State University, the University of Illinois, Chicago, and the University of Texas, Dallas. His current teaching, publication and consulting activities focus on the areas of strategy development and execution, leadership effectiveness, team effectiveness, and the role of intangibles in the value creation chain.

| Biography |
Professor Wruck conducts research and teaches in the fields of corporate finance, organizational economics and financial economics.
A recognized expert in her field, Wruck has published numerous articles in leading academic journals. In addition, her work and opinions have been highlighted in business periodicals, including The Economist, Fortune and CFO Magazine. She has also developed highly successful courses for both MBA students and executives.
Before joining the faculty at the Fisher College, Wruck served on the faculty of the Harvard Business School.

| Biography |
Jeff Rodek is a part time faculty member at the Fisher College of Business as well as a senior advisor with Accretive LLC, a New York based private equity firm. Rodek joined the faculty of The Ohio State University in July, 2007.
Prior to Hyperion’s sale to Oracle in April, 2007, Jeff was the Executive Chairman of the Board and former CEO of Hyperion Solutions, Inc., the global leader in Business Performance Management software and a company named in 2004 as a Fortune’s 100 Best Companies to Work For and listed on the Forbes 200 Best Small Companies.
Rodek served as Chairman and CEO of Hyperion from October 1999 to July 2004. Under his leadership, the company experienced a tremendous turnaround. The final three years were especially noteworthy as a result of the consistent quarterly improvement in numerous measures, including margin and earnings per share. Over the course of his tenure, Hyperion increased customer count by fifty percent.
Rodek is a recognized expert and speaker on business performance and related topics, including corporate governance and leadership.
Prior to Hyperion, Rodek served as President and COO of Ingram Micro, the world’s largest wholesale provider of technology solutions, products and services. Before that, Rodek spent 16 years at FedEx, beginning in Operations Research and rising to the position of Senior Vice President, Americas.
Rodek serves on the Board of Directors of Accelrys, Inc., a San Diego based public software company that develops and commercializes scientific business intelligence software and Axiant, LLC. He previously was a board member of Hyperion Solutions, Corporate Software, EXE Technology, and Accretive Commerce in addition to multiple Not-for-Profit organizations.
