In October 2008, Matt launched MobileWait, a SaaS restaurant guest management and marketing technology, as CEO and Founder. In conjunction with his partner, after boot strapping the business, being awarded several rounds of seed funding and obtaining key customers, MobileWait was sold in under two years to a VC and roll-up entity based in Denver.
Prior to MobileWait, Matt co-founded and was a senior leader of several start-ups throughout the Midwest including cities like Milwaukee, Chicago and Minneapolis. During those years and beyond, Matt led strategic CRM consulting projects for major corporations in a variety of verticals including Consumer Packaged Goods, Luxury Retail, Automative, Manufacturing, Professional Sports and Consumer Banking. In addition, he led global channel, national business development, product management and direct sales organizations for companies such as Fair Isaac and Experian Marketing Services.
Currently, as a partner in Founders Factory, Matt actively advises and invests in early stage technology companies under his holding company, Heir to Wisdom, LLC. As part of his passion for philanthropy and his alma mater, The University of Toledo, he is one of the founders of The Chuck Ealey Foundation, championing the 'Undefeated Spirit' across the US and Canada.

Before joining Quorumm, Martin was a member of the executive team for Havas Digital arm EuroRSCG in Latin America, leading the digital and Social Media initiatives in the region. Earlier, Martin was the Vice President of Digital for JWT, where he was responsible for the inception of the interactive marketing operation of the group in the early 2000.
Angel investors and serial entrepreneur, Martin lead more than 18 digital Pre-IPO startups from 1995 to 2005, including Fiera.com, Neocard,E-Food.com,OnYoyage.com and Mrbite.com. He is widely recognized as a Latin American pioneer in the internet space, starting the first commercial ISP (Los Pinos) in the early '90s.
In 2010, Martin was elected chairman of the Digital Venture Capital Association (DVCA) where he led the transformation of the group, to become a global professional organization representing the digital VC and angel investment community. Apart from his professional work, Martin also plays a philanthropic roll in several social ventures funds, as an advisor and investor. He is a graduate of the National Technology University of Buenos Aires.

Mark is Principal of venture capital management and consulting firm Innovation Forward. Since forming Innovation Forward Mark has: co-founded and is the fund manager of the East Central Ohio Tech Angel Fund which, with 32 investors, is the second largest rurally focused angel fund in the U.S.; and the TechGrowth Fund a $3 million seed fund affiliate of TechGROWTH Ohio. At the Ohio State University Research Park (Scitech) Mark managed seed funds that invested $1.4 million into 14 early-stage technology companies. He then secured $25 million of follow-on venture and angel investment and $8 million of Federal and State grants. Mark also co-founded the Ohio TechAngels which is investing from its third fund and, with 256 Members, is the second largest angel fund in the U.S.
At The Ohio Partners, a $35 million early-stage venture capital fund affiliate of The Dispatch Printing Company, Mark was an active board member of several portfolio companies and helped recruit senior management, attract venture capital for the next round of investment, make sales contacts, and assist in IPO's. Fund performance included 1 IPO and 7 acquisitions.
At CompuServe, an $880 million information services company, Mark led the launch a $530 million IPO led by Goldman Sachs and Merrill Lynch. He also helped grow revenues 330% ($655 million) over 6 years by directing the M&A, venture capital, strategic planning, treasury, budgeting and analysis, cost accounting, and internal reporting activities.
At OCLC Online Computer Library Center, a $246 million library services company, Mark directed the new product analysis process which launched the world's most used reference database (OCLC FirstSearch). He helped grow revenues 200% ($59 million) over 7 years by managing the M&A, planning and analysis, and internal reporting activities.
Mark received his MBA in finance from Fisher College of Business at The Ohio State University. He earned his undergraduate degree in management and was recognized as an Outstanding Undergraduate at the Ohio University College of Business.

At Ohio State, Dr. Camp sets the strategic direction and programmatic platform for entrepreneurship education, oversees the design and development of the academic and outreach initiatives and directs strategic partnerships with other entrepreneurship and technology commercialization support organizations. As part of the extended curriculum, Camp recently launched the 10x initiative, Ohio's first technology-based startup accelerator for young entrepreneurs. 10X assists select young entrepreneurial teams from around the country in the design, launch and development of high-growth ventures.
Camp was recently recognized by CNN Money and Fortune Small Business as one of the nation's top entrepreneurship professors. In March, 2011 he received the prestigious Leavey Award for Excellence in Private Enterprise Education for his work as the architect and developer of the Technology Entrepreneurship and Commercialization (TEC) Academy, an interdisciplinary, graduate-level program to train business and technology students in the strategies and techniques for evaluating the commercial potential of new technologies.
In 2009, he received the coveted Olympus Innovation Award for how he integrates technology commercialization into the cross-campus, graduate-level instruction. Camp's primary course was profiled in Inc. magazine (April 2011) as one of the nation's most innovative courses to provide real world learning opportunities for technology and business students.

Christopher Celeste has spent more than twenty years catalyzing ideas in politics, marketing and business. Born in New Delhi, India and raised in a large political family in Ohio, Christopher grew up in and around political campaigns. During this period Christopher played a key role in the e-commerce launch and web fashion show for Victoria's Secret that garnered international attention and was named ADWEEK's Marketing Event of the Year.
In 2004, Christopher became a Founder & the first President of FindawayWorld, whose core product is Playaway, the world's first preloaded digital audio book format (www.playaway.com). Called a "genius idea" by Oprah Magazine and the "simplest way to get from the bookstore to Chapter One" by the New York Times, Christopher helped to lead Findaway from a start-up idea to a profitable, Inc 500 success. In 2010, after selling his interest in Findaway, Christopher shifted his attention to Hatch (www.hatch.us.com), a boutique consultancy whose mission is to provide coaching, connections & capital to early-stage entrepreneurs.
Christopher and his wife - fellow entrepreneur Nancy Kramer - have six children between them. While Christopher serves on several boards, he spends most of his free time with family, writing about leadership or helping friends and fellow entrepreneurs catalyze new ideas.

Prior to Athenian, Elderkin was co-head of Generics Asset Management (GAM), the London-based venture capital arm of Generics Group, PLC, a technology consulting organization located in Cambridge, UK. At GAM, he shared responsibility for that venture fund's management and its investment activities, which covered a range of technologies and industries, including electronic communications and medical devices.
In his early period with Generics, he was a management consultant. Mike graduated from the United States Military Academy at West Point in 1993 where he was an honor graduate and a Distinguished Cadet. Upon graduation, he was commissioned as an officer in the United States Army. He spent five years as an Armor officer in a variety of roles including Platoon Leader, Executive Officer, Personnel Officer and ROTC Instructor at Duke University.
After leaving the Army, he joined McKinsey and Company as a management consultant. He served clients in several industries on a variety of issues (strategy, M&A, cost reduction, growth and business building). Mike next worked at Capital One Financial as Group Manager of Strategy & Analysis and as Director of Specialty Collections. He was responsible for approximately $1B in collections annually.

Previously, he was Vice President, Strategic Planning at The Scotts Miracle-Gro Company (SMG) where he was responsible for setting the strategic direction of the company by working directly with the executive team.

Steve also effectively serves as outside general counsel to a number of private companies that do not have in house legal staffs. Chronologically, after graduating with a degree in Computer Engineering, Jeff spent four years active duty as an officer in the Air Force working at the National Air Intelligence Agency. Upon return to civilian life, he founded Computer Wizards Consulting, a virtualized computer consulting firm focused on database-intensive web applications which was eventually purchased by Leader Technologies. Jeff stayed on as CTO and led the development of 60+ patentable technologies.
After five years with Leader, Jeff explored the worlds of real estate, restaurant and bar ownership, and helped start a web-based telephone conferencing company. Having enjoyed a semi-retired state, Jeff returned to the business world, accepting a CTO role with Interactive Ink, an interactive marketing company.

Venturing to Silicon Valley upon graduation, Mr. Murray worked in consulting before taking a job with Spectra Laboratories, a provider of clinical testing services to kidney dialysis clinics. During his tenure there, he simultaneously built and managed the marketing and software development departments, as well as directing the telecommunications department. This experience imbued him with a love of entrepreneurial endeavors that helped to solidify his continued move away from the corporate world.
When Spectra was acquired in 1997 by the large, multinational corporation Fresenius AG, Mr. Murray accepted a position as President of Volk Optical, a Mentor, Ohio manufacturer of lenses used by ophthalmologists and optometrists to examine eyes for disease.
Following his tenure at Volk Mr. Murray was President of Incubation Services, a consulting firm that provided strategy development, business planning, and financial consulting to early stage companies in life sciences and information technology. Among his clients were Athersys Inc., Aelita Software, ConnectSpace, IdeaStar, and the Edison BioTechnology Center (EBTC). Lance has over 35 years of experience in energy regulation, marketing and technology as an attorney, entrepreneur, senior executive and venture capitalist. In 1975 he began practicing oil and gas, public utility and corporate law at Vorys, Sater, Seymour and Pease in Columbus, Ohio. In 1979, Schneier authored a law journal article positing open access for the interstate natural gas pipeline network. In 1982, after becoming a partner in the law firm, he left to start Yankee Resources, Inc., generally regarded as the first independent retail energy marketing company. Yankee Resources was renamed Access Energy following his management-led buyout with Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette (DLJ) in 1988. Lance and DLJ sold Access Energy to Enron Corp. in 1992. At the time Access had $300 million in revenue, 125 employees and over 30,000 customers in 30 states. He led Enron Access Energy until 1996, at which time he began investing in and assisting others in the development of energy technology companies.
In 2002 Schneier created his second retail energy marketing company, Accent Energy, by purchasing certain retail energy contracts from the Enron bankruptcy, with the financial participation of a private equity firm. After growing Accent to over 125,000 customers he sold the company to IGS Energy, Inc. in 2010.
Lance has authored several journal articles and lectured frequently on the impact and opportunities created by deregulation, particularly in the energy industry. He assisted the New York Mercantile Exchange in the formation and launching of its natural gas futures contract, culminating in making the first trade of that contract in 1990. He also served on the Ohio Oil and Gas Board of Review and as the Solicitor of the Village of Riverlea, Ohio.
Mr. Schneier is a 1971 graduate of College of Business Administration, The Ohio State University and received his J.D. degree cum laude in 1974 from the University of Miami School of Law. He is an instructor at the Fisher School of Business at Ohio State, where he teaches an MBA course he created, Government Regulation and Business Strategy. Mr. Schneier was a national finalist for the 2006 Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award.

Dr. Jeff Spitzner has numerous publications and gives many invited presentations at leading industry conferences.
