- Annual sales of at least $80 million.
- Participate in global markets.
- Organizations focusing on operational excellence
through continuous improvement initiatives.
COE Membership Affiliation Process:
- Company completes application form and submits to
Administrative Director. Applying company is presented to
Advisory Board for approval.
- COE membership is intended to be a three year
commitment (minimum). Company appoints one executive for
membership on Advisory Board. Company appoints one or more
managers as contact person(s) to the COE.
Board Member Responsibilities:
- Attend bi-annual advisory board member meetings.
- Participate in COE activities and decisions.
- Network with other COE members to achieve the goal of
world class excellence in manufacturing.
