Last week, I had the opportunity to attend the Reaching Out MBA (ROMBA) Conference in Chicago. During three days full of insightful sessions, a vast career fair, and relationship-building events, I and some of my Fisher peers connected with many MBA students and industry professionals representing the LGBTQ+ community.

Hi! As we near the end of the first session, I reflect on the balance between academic challenges and leisure activities. I describe our exciting paintball day, where 20 of us SMF students bonded over intense battles. Thanks to a friend's initiative, we also enjoyed a culinary adventure, trying delicious Indian dishes in Columbus. Our weekend wouldn't be complete without cheering for The Ohio State football team, and we celebrated a thrilling victory.
