One of my favorite things about the SMF program is the exposure that you get to action-based learning. Last Thursday, as a part of my Real Estate Finance class with Professor Stuckwisch, I had the opportunity to present an investment opportunity to an investment committee that included one Ohio State professor and four industry professionals. After presenting for 25 minutes, we then had 10 minutes of Q&A.

One of the experiences that I was looking forward to the most pre-MBA was the core subject that I am going to be taking up this semester—the Business Lab Challenge.
