Ankit Shah, M.Ed, MA

Ankit has more than ten years of experience in the DEIB, leadership development, and talent management field within various industries. He had the privilege of assisting underserved as well as underrepresented populations in his entire professional journey. Now, due to his diverse educational and professional journey, he can use all his experiences to work with the multi-generational professionals to assist with their diverse cultural and engagement needs at ADS. He currently serves as the Vice President for Central Ohio Diversity Consortium (CODC). Additionally, he is supporting the leader of the Special Interest Group for diversity & inclusion area for Central Ohio Association of Talent Development (COATD). Ankit serves as a committee member for the Workforce Development Committee at the Columbus Chamber of Commerce. He also serves on the Board of Directors for newly formed professional association, known as the South Asian Professional Networking Organization (SAPNO).

Ankit holds a BS in Early Childhood Education from University of Toledo and a MEd in Higher Education Administration with specialization in Student Affairs from North Carolina State University. He also has a MA in Workforce Development & Education with specialization in Adult Education & Human Resources Development from The Ohio State University.
