Project One is the annual on boarding project for students to join the on-campus consultancy, Fisher Professional Services. Students were assigned to teams of five to seven people and given 10 weeks to work on a live business case for the project sponsor, Mac Tools.

A subsidiary of Stanley Black and Decker headquartered in Westerville, Mac Tools charged the 18 teams with the task of evaluating their business model, which uses individual distributors and provide recommendations detailing how to increase this distributor base. Teams presented their findings to Mac Tools' staff, who indicated they may implement some of the recommended changes.
