Program overview
The program features a self-paced 140-hour online program followed by a one-week in-class experience. All online sessions must be completed before attending the in-class portion of the program.
Step 1. Online course (140 hours): Participants should estimate two to three months to complete this self-paced portion. During the online learning phase, students will participate with Six Sigma faculty members in a series of four interactive faculty-led web conference sessions leading up the the classroom session.
Step 2. Instructor-led classroom session (one week): Classroom instruction gives students the opportunity to apply web-based knowledge through hands-on activities. Duration of classroom phase is one business week, Monday through Friday. On-site custom programs are also available.
This program is ideal for anyone aspiring to learn the Lean Six Sigma Black Belt body of knowledge and is beneficial for any industry, including manufacturing, health care, retail, logistics, finance and technology.

Cancellation, Transfer & Substitution Policy
Once online course access is granted, $2,500 of the program fee is non-refundable. If a registrant has been granted online course access and opts out of the in-class training, 50 percent of the remaining course fee may be refunded if the cancellation is made at least one month prior to the session. Otherwise the entire program fee will be forfeited.
