The purpose of this session is to learn the principles of Value-Based Pricing and to learn a process for applying the principles.  Program particpants will learn the most common approaches to setting and changing prices, how to develop a pricing strategy, and how to do a Pricing Audit.

Who Should Attend:  Anyone involved or interested in the pricing of products or services.
