The Building Effective Business seminar addresses a broad range of business analysis skills that will help you extract the right information from the business users and create requirements to support the design, development, testing and deployment of successful system solutions.

This program earns participants 14 hours/PDUs toward IIBA or PMI requirements. 

Who Should Attend: Business analysis managers, business or technical analysts, operations managers, project managers, requirement and design engineers, QA analysts or managers, IT or development managers, systems analysts or managers.

     Analyze business processes to determine business requirements
     Effectively harvest business need information from the user community
     Create thorough and useful business requirements
     Use case and modeling techniques that can help hone requirements
     Integrate business requirements into a variety of system development methodologies
     Establish a traceability protocol to link business requirements to design, development, testing
     and deployment activities
     Develop a requirement gathering process that fully engages the users and creates an
     environment for success
