The biennial W. Arthur Cullman Symposium honors the late marketing professor Dr. W. Arthur Cullman by providing a forum where some of the world’s best thought leaders and practitioners can meet and share ideas.
Established in 1981 and sponsored by Fisher College of Business, the Cullman Symposium features a rich diversity of topics and attendees — business professional and executives from a variety of industries, renowned research and teaching faculty from throughout the United States and talented students — which combine to provide a continuing forum for sharing and learning, one of which Dr. Cullman would no doubt be proud.
For more than 20 years, the W. Arthur Cullman Executive Award has recognized business leaders for outstanding contributions in furthering the relationship between academia and business. Estée Lauder, chairman, Estée Lauder Companies and Leslie H. Wexner, chairman, Limited Brands are among the past recipients of the the W. Arthur Cullman Executive Award.
Past presenters at the Cullman Symposium includes Jerry Jurgensen, former CEO, Nationwide Insurance, Kerrii Anderson, former CEO and president, Wendy’s International, Inc. and Ohio State football coach Jim Tressel.
