The continuous development of associates at all levels of an organization is crucial for success. The purpose of this session is to expand managers’ capacity to coach and mentor employees by providing skills and tools that reinforce effective performance, re-direct behavior to improve performance and encourage new behavior to support development.

Who Should Attend: Managers and individuals responsible for the development and guidance of associates.

 You will learn how to:
     Define coaching and the manager’s role as coach
     Identify coaching and mentoring skills: building trust, asking questions, listening actively and
     creating a motivating environment
     Identify and practice a model of coaching for skill development
     Use the "problem-solving method for performance improvement"

Two weeks or less before course start date: 100 percent of course fee

Transfers:
Participants may transfer their fees to another course one time per registration. No transfers are permitted less than three business days prior to course start date.

Substitutions:
