Yuhan Zhan, PhD

Yuhan Zhan is an Assistant Professor of Management in the Department of Management at Western Kentucky University. She earned her PhD in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources Management and Organizational Behavior from the Ohio State University. Her research seeks to provide a contemporary understanding of various forms of employee learning, proactivity, and applicant attraction to and employee attachment with organizations. Her work has been published in Journal of Applied Psychology.
