Xin Liu

Xin Liu (liuxin@rmbs.ruc.edu.cn) is an associate professor in the organization and human resources department at Renmin Business School, Renmin University of China. She received her PhD from School of Economics and Management at Tsinghua University. Her research interests include leadership, creativity, proactivity and ethics. Her work has appeared in the Academy of Management Journal, Journal of Applied Psychology, Journal of Management, Journal of Business Ethics, Journal of Occupational and Organizational Psychology, among others.
