Xiaoming Zheng

Xiaoming Zheng (zhengxm@sem.tsinghua.edu.cn) is a full professor in the department of leadership and organization management at the School of Economics and Management, Tsinghua University. He received his PhD from the Institute of Psychology at the Chinese Academy of Sciences. His research focuses on work engagement, well-being, ethical leadership and creativity. His work has appeared in the Academy of Management Journal, Journal of Applied Psychology, Journal of Organizational Behavior, Journal of Business Ethics, Journal of Occupational and Organizational Psychology, among others.
