Raymond Noe, PhD
Raymond Noe is one of the foremost academic authorities in the area of training and development. He is an author of three texts in human resource management, including Employee Training & Development, which includes a section on use of the technologies in training, and has published extensively in such publications as the Journal of Applied Psychology, Academy of Management Review, Journal of Organizational Behavior and Personnel Psychology. He has consulted with several companies, including Strategic Interactive and General Motors Assurance Corporation, on training and development issues.
