Nicolas Roulin, PhD

Dr. Nicolas Roulin an associate professor of industrial and organizational psychology at Saint Mary’s University in Halifax, Canada. He received his PhD from the University of Neuchatel. His research is focused on personnel selection, including applicant impression management and faking, employment discrimination and the use new technologies (e.g., social media, asynchronous video interviews) as selection tools.
