Nicholas Salter, PhD

Nicholas Salter, PhD, is an industrial-organizational (I-O) psychologist and an assistant professor at Hofstra University. He completed his PhD in I-O psychology from Bowling Green State University. As a scholar, Nicholas is interested in exploring issues of diversity and inclusion in the workplace with an emphasis on how research initiatives can be applied and create change in employment situations.
