Neil MacLaren

Neil G. MacLaren is a PhD candidate in organizational studies and leadership; he is a research assistant with the Bernard M. and Ruth R. Bass Center for Leadership Studies. Neil's research focuses on communication, social structure and performance behaviors in work groups and organizations. Before joining the PhD program at Binghamton, Neil served in the U. S. Marine Corps for 12 years, including tours as a company commander, advisor and staff officer.
