Lori Kendall, PhD

Dr. Kendall has 25+ years’ experience as a serial entrepreneur and technology executive for venture-backed and publicly traded firms. She is a Silicon Valley veteran in software, hardware, and communications, with a primary focus on both new venture creation and private equity  pivots.  Her areas of expertise include digital innovation, quantitative analysis methods, leadership, culture, and large systems change.

Dr. Kendall teaches graduate and undergraduate courses in entrepreneurship and a number of leadership topics. She is a mixed methods researcher focused on innovation behavior, specifically leadership dynamics in innovative cultures of digitally-based organizations.

Dr. Kendall is also an Operating Partner at Morgan Hill Partners, a team of seasoned operators whose mission is identifying and executing creative growth options to maximize value for tech firms. 

Formerly as Distinguished Fellow at the Weatherhead Fowler Center, she led researchers on behalf of the Goi Peace Foundation to show performative shifts in the evolution from shareholder models towards becoming positive impact firms.
