Kris Cannon-Jackson, MBA, SPHR, SHRM-SCP

Kris Cannon-Jackson, a positive disruptor for change, is an international speaker/facilitator with almost 20 years of experience in human resources and business management.  She is the professional development coach at State Teachers Retirement Systems (STRS Ohio) and also runs her own consulting firm, ConsultHR, where the focus is helping small businesses with their HR needs and engaging employees in the workforce. Kris is very active in the community and volunteers for several organizations, including serving as a co-chair for the Executive Women’s series for WELD, the CYP Club, Columbus Inspires, and Ohio SHRM (Society for Human Resource Management), just to name a few.Kris has earned an MBA with a focus in Human Resource Management and Leadership, and she has a Bachelor’s of Science in Organizational Leadership and Business Administration. She has earned the distinguished designation of Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP). Currently, she is in pursuit of becoming a Certified Diversity Professional (CDP).
