Kevin Dawson, PhD

Kevin M. Dawson is a research scientist at The Ohio State University, Fisher College of Business. He received his PhD in industrial & organizational psychology from Central Michigan University in 2017. Under the tutelage of Dr. Kimberly O’Brien, Kevin published his thesis on the role of control and support in the job stressor-strain relationship in the Journal of Organizational Behavior. In addition to investigating employee health and well-being, his research also spans the areas of personality, employee selection and performance, and both prosocial and deviant work behaviors. Born and raised in Chardon, Ohio, Kevin is a life-long Buckeye fan.
