Kayla Sergent

Kayla Sergent earned her PhD in organizational behavior from the University of Wisconsin - Madison in December 2018. She is currently an assistant professor of Management at Edgewood College. Her research has been reported in 10 publications, including most recently in the Journal of Applied Psychology, as well as Applied Psychology: An International Review, Personality and Individual Differences, Journal of Business and Psychology, and Journal of Occupational and Organizational Psychology. Kayla has co-authored with leading researchers in the world, including Albert Bandura of Stanford University, the #1 ranked living psychologist, and Edwin Locke and Gary Latham, the co-founders of goal-setting theory.
