Kaifeng Jiang

Kaifeng Jiang is an associate professor of management and human resources at Fisher College of Business  He received his PhD in industrial relations and human resources from Rutgers University in 2013. He also got his bachelor's and master's degrees in Human Resource Management from Renmin University of China. Before joining Fisher, Kaifeng worked for the University of Notre Dame for four years. Kaifeng’s primary research interest is the effects of human resource management (HRM) practices on employee, team, and organizational outcomes.
