Jungsik Kim, PhD

Jungsik Kim is a professor of management at Kwangwoon University, Korea. He received PhD in Psychology from University of Hawaii in 2000. He also received BA from Korean University, Seoul. He taught as a professor of psychology at City University of Hong Kong (2001-2002) and at Western Washington University (2002-2008), USA before returning to his home country, Korea. His research interest lies in organizational resilience, organizational culture, and organizational change.
