Dylan Williams, MA

Dylan Williams is the Business Operations Manager for the Leadership Initiative at The Ohio State University’s Fisher College of Business. He leads the operational and strategic execution of the college’s leadership development portfolio, supporting undergraduate programs, executive education offerings, and external partnerships. Dylan oversees program design, budgeting, and implementation for custom leadership initiatives and assessment‑based offerings, working closely with faculty, corporate partners, and campus stakeholders. His work focuses on scaling leadership education, launching new credential and assessment tools, and strengthening Fisher’s engagement with organizations seeking practical, values‑driven leadership development.

Dylan is a two-time graduate of The Ohio State University — holding a BSBA from Fisher College of Business (’17) and a MA in higher education and student affairs from the College of Education and Human Ecology (’19).
