David Glerum, PhD

David R. Glerum is a post-doctoral research scientist working with Prof. Timothy A. Judge for the Fisher Leadership Initiative at The Ohio State University. Dave received both his master’s and doctorate in industrial & organizational psychology from the University of Central Florida in Orlando. Dave worked with Dr. Dana Joseph in the Emotions & Moods in Organizations (EMO) lab, where he studied job attitudes and emotional intelligence in organizations. He also served as a Consortium Research Fellow with the Army Research Institute for the Behavioral and Social Sciences (ARI) and conducted training research with the Teacher Education Institute (TEI).
