Robert B. Lount, Jr., PhD

Robert B. Lount, Jr. is an Associate Professor at Fisher College of Business at The Ohio State University. He earned his PhD in Management and Organizations from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. Lount’s research has shed light upon how to improve negotiation outcomes, collaboration in teams, increase employee motivation, and improve trust. His research has been published in leading academic journals and in popular press outlets such as Harvard Business Review, The Wall Street Journal, Forbes, and The New York Times.
