Aisha Allen

Aisha Allen is the director of Learning and Change Management at OhioHealth. In this role, she serves as chief learning officer and holds responsibility for the organization’s change management strategy for key organizational initiatives and projects. In addition to this role, she is the founder of A. Allen Consulting, LLC, a coaching and organizational development firm focused on business, community, and personal leadership.  She has a unique and diverse background that includes organizational development, executive coaching, human resources management, business process consulting and program management.  Aisha has led coaching, employee engagement, diversity, change management, project management and learning functions at various Fortune 500 organizations.
